Hi, my name is Darren Plant. In 2009, I graduated from Staffordshire University with a 2:1 Sports Journalism degree and the NCTJ sports journalism award.

After graduating, I was fortunate enough to secure a sports journalism internship with online content provider, Adfero, where I produced sports content for the website 'inthenews.co.uk'.

Since leaving Adfero, I have become a regular blogger for 'caughtoffside.com' and report on the home matches of non-league football club, Hednesford Town, for local newspaper, 'The Chase Post'.
